Thrive Starts Tonight

Our Winter semester of Thrive starts tonight! We have over 150 adults signed up for these classes that are designed to increase your ability to "Feed Yourself" and grow spiritually. Classes like:

* How to study the Bible
* Understanding other religions
* Connect 101
* How to have a Sacred and Successful Marriages
* Biblical wisdom on spending, budgeting, getting out of debt and saving our money.
* How to share your faith with your friends

Thrive classes start and end on different weeks because of the length of each class. However, it is exciting to know that from tonight and for the next 7 weeks....CSF will have adults who are doing what is necessary to grow in their Christian faith.

If you have not signed up for one of the classes, their is still time. Go to our website and read about each class and then register on-line.

What did you think about the Bible reading today? WOW....Luke 16 is a very clear chapter. Verses 10-15 caught my attention.

Jesus stated a principle that I have seen over and over in my life and the lives of other people. Those who are faithful with the little things in life are given more. Those who God can't trust with little things are never given more. This principle applies in many avenues in our lives. Money, power, responsibility, etc.

We use this principle with our kids, our boss uses it when giving promotions and God most certainly uses it when dealing with us. As you think about where you are and where you want to be for God in 2008, let this next verse ring in your soul.

Luke 16:15 "Jesus said to them, you are the ones who justify yourselves in the eyes of men, but God knows your heart!"
