Summer Intern 2008

At CSF we love kids and teenagers. We make sure that every summer is filled with exciting and life changing ministry gatherings. To do this at a VERY high level we hire a summer intern to make sure that summer is a wonderful time. This summer we have brought in Margaret Sanders. Margaret has just completed her sophomore year at Auburn University. (I almost did not hire her because of her poor choice of an SEC school.)We discovered Margaret on a high recommendation from her sister who attends CSF.

Margaret is excited about being here and will bring a wealth of excitement and skill to our Student and kid's summer events. She will be working with Brad and our dynamic Student Ministry volunteers and she will also be working with Clint, Stacey and Leah in Kid's Ministry. She will be a great summer addition to our team.

We take our kids and student ministry very serious at CSF. It is our goal and passion to Team up with you as parents as you seek to "train up your child" in the ways of God and prepare them for real life. We know that being a teenager can be a great time in our life and we also know that if left unguarded it can be disastrous. We also know that many parents are trying to raise their kids alone as single parents and need some positive help in this parenting endeavor. We believe that your children and especially teens need more than just a cool Sunday morning service to develop into fully devoted followers of Christ. This is why we invest so much into these life changing ministries.....I implore you for you kids sake to take advantage of what we offer for you and your kids/teens.

Every summer suburban parents send their kids and teens to academic camps, sports camps, out-door adventure camps and the like. Many of us send our kids because we want them to have extra training in areas they and we want them to excel.

The question then... is what do you want them to excel in this summer and in life.

Great Job Brad, Clint, Stacey and Leah!
